Lincolnshire, England - John Wright of Binbrooke Hall and Wold Newton (1758-1838), a descendant of Thomas Wright of Stallingborough, Lincolnshire (d. 1700), had daughter Margaret who married Rev. Samuel Turner, Rector of Nettleton, and had a son with him named Samuel, who assumed the surname Wright by loyal license in 1863 - Argent on a fess engrailed between three eagles' heads erased azure as many martlets of the field, for distinction a canton of the second. Crest: Upon a mount vert a unicorn passant reguardant argent semée of estoiles azure armed, maned, and hoofed or, gorged with a collar also azure the dexter foot resting upon cross pattée gold, and charged for distinction with a cross crosslet azure. Motto: Quercus.
