Glasgow, Scotland - registered in 1764 - Hercules Tailzeour, afterwards spelt Tailyour, purchased the estate of Borrowfield in 1615 - Argent on a saltier engrailed sable cantoned with a heart in chief and base gules, a cinquefoul in each flank, vert. Crest: A dexter hand proper holding a passion cross gules. Motto: In cruce salus.
