Lamb of Trimley & Barham, co. Sussex, England - arms and crest confirmed in 1559 to Thomas Lamb of Trimley, Thurleston, co. Suffolk (d. 1570), son of Richard Lambe, son of John Lamb, both of Trimley – had son Thomas Lambe of Trimpley (d. 1617), who had son John Lambe of Ipswich, who had son John Lambe of Barham, co. Suffolk (fl. 1664) - Sable on a fesse or, between three cinquefoils ermine a lion passant between two mullets of the first. Crest: A demi lion gules collared or, holding in the dexter paw a mullet sable.
