King of Corrard, co. Fermanagh, and Dublin, Ireland - The King Baronetcy of Corrard was a title created in the Baronetage of the United Kingdom in 1821 for Sir Abraham Bradley King, an Irish businessman who served as alderman and Lord Mayor of Dublin, as well as Deputy Grandmaster of the Orange Order, son of James King (d. 1798), son of Charles King (d. 1788), both of Corrard, son of John King of Gola (fl. 1719), son of James King (fl. 1674) - Azure on a fesse argent between a lion’s head erased in chief and a mullet in base or, three buckles erect gules and, as an honourable augmentation, on a chief ermine an imperial crown within a chaplet of trefoils both proper. Crest—A dexter cubit arm erect, holding a dagger in pale all proper surmounted by a scroll, inscribed “17 Aug. 1821,” in allusion to the period in which, as Lord Mayor of Dublin, he had the honour of receiving George IV on His Majesty’s visit to the capital of his Irish dominions. Motto—Audaces fortuna juvat (Fortune favors the bold).
