Edward Hart of Kilderry (1712-1793), son of George Vaughan Hart (1685-1758), son of Henry Hart of Muff House (1651-1712), fought at the Battle of Carrickfergus in 1697 and the Battle of Munster in 1602, served as Deputy-Lieutenant for Donegal - Argent a bend between three fleurs-de-lis gules. Crest: A heart inflamed issuant out of a castle triple-towered argent. Motto: Coeur fidele (Faithful Heart)
