Tipperary - The Barker Baronetcy, of Bocking Hall in the County of Essex, was created in the Baronetage of England in 1676 for Sir William Barker (c.1652- c.1719) - Per fesse nebulée azure and sable three martlets or, a canton ermine. Crests: 1st, a bear sejant or, collared sable, for Barker. 2nd, out of a ducal coronet azure three arrows one and two in saltire points downwards, enveloped with a snake in pale proper for Ponsonby.
